Troy T. Kornacki offers extensive knowledge of the real estate market utilizing his comprehensive background in residential construction. After attending the University of Maryland, Troy worked in the residential construction industry, and founded a successful company which grew to serve almost 1000 clients annually. Troy has accumulated over 20 years of experience helping clients carve out their version of the American Dream with his strong ideals of integrity, positive communication and willingness to help. Troy’s extensive knowledge distinguishes him from others and makes him an invaluable asset to anyone about to start their real estate journey.
Troy and his family are 15 year residents of Calvert County and are proud to call Southern Maryland their home. After building the family’s first home on the Patuxent River, Troy gained an in-depth expertise with regard to waterfront real estate. He has become an expert with the permit requirements, risks and potential involved in selecting the right property.
Whether it’s taking in the beauty of the Patuxent River while boating and searching for fossils or simply entertaining family and friends at their waterfront home, Troy enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife Marci and two children, Hannah and Nicholas. Troy is also a commercially rated Airplane and Helicopter Pilot and actively volunteers with the local Young Eagles Program helping to share the joy of flight with children.
